Spring snapped at 7 am with my car inside. Booked online, tech was here by 10:30, and I made my afternoon meeting.
Used the style picker, landed on the carriage house door, and the final quote was right in the range it showed. It changed the whole front of the house.
He could have sold me a new opener. Instead he replaced a $40 sensor and showed me why. That's who I'll call next time.
Warranty in writing
Lifetime on springs, 2 years on cables, 5 years on openers we install, and 10 years on new door sections.

Can I open the door myself if a spring breaks?
Please don't. A broken spring means the door's full weight — often 150+ lbs — is unsupported. Leave it closed, unplug the opener, and book a repair.
Why is the service call free?
When you approve a repair, the visit fee is waived. If you decide not to repair, there's a $69 diagnostic charge — and you keep the written assessment.
How long does a new door install take?
Most single and double doors install in 3–5 hours. Custom and wood doors take 2–4 weeks to arrive after you order.
Do you work on commercial doors?
We service light commercial roll-up and sectional doors up to 20 ft wide. Larger commercial jobs are quoted on site.
Will a new insulated door lower my energy bills?
It can help if your garage is attached or heated, but savings vary by home. We'll recommend an R-value that fits how you use the space.
